With aloe plants it's a hit or miss when it comes down to their growing style. Most will live and some will die. In the office place or even at home, adding live plants give a sense of clean and calm. Aloe vera has many benefits, such as healing wounds and keeping the air clean. Aloe plants are known for the medicinal properties more than anything. But to your surprise, if you didn't know already, aloe can be used for your, nails, and body, and without the hull, even eaten. So what does an aloe plant have to do with interior design? They can be placed indoor or outdoor and still grow and act as a decorative item rather it is potted in a fancy vase or that cheese clay colored pot. Place an aloe plant in your room, bedroom, balcony, or on your office desk. It won't matter where you place the plant because they won't invade a space.

What can I do if it dies?
First, aloe plants are succulents, they generate their own natural water. So there's no need to water aloe plants daily or even weekly. But they do need to be watered. Just once a month, every 3 to 4 weeks will do because you will overwater and kill the plant. During the winter season you can water the plant even less to about one month and a week out. That's about every 38 days. In the event your aloe plant dies here's what to do:

Tip:
You can cut the dying aloe leaf off. If you don't the bacteria will begin to take over the leaf. In most cases the aloe will replenish and rejuvenate itself. It's amazing I know! Watching your plant replenish its leaf is a site to see and is very satisfying to see it save its own life by use of photosynthesis. Photosynthesis is basically a plant making its own food by use of sunlight.
Here’s what you'll need:
Shears to cut the leaves
Water to pour in the soil
Natural daylight
That's all! One and done. I have experience raising an aloe plant. Seeing it almost die was tragic. I named my aloe plant Al lol. It has a name. I couldn't watch it die. And it didn't. He's still regenerating new leaves every month and is still as green as the first day my sister bought him for me.
